My cats purr sounds nasally, like she has a runny nose?

My cat Bella is a grey and white domestic short hair. I put her up on my bed, and she started to nest (you know, where they look like they're padding on the spot when they get comfortable), she started to purr unusually loud, so I had a listen, and it sounded a bit odd, like she had a runny nose or some phlegm in her throat, because she swallowed a couple of times. She's only 3 years old, so she is not old. She likes to go across the road into the neighbours garden and disappear under big leafy bushes. Does she have an allergy or something? It is winter time, and it is very cold outside and Bella does not often come inside at night, could it be the cold? Vets, people with cats, anyone who has experience, please answer? :3

Shrimp became mushy/grimy...too much lime juice or bad shrimp?

My husband and I saw a bird in a pet store years ago and are trying to remember what breed it may have been. The bird was about the size of a parakeet, a bit larger than a lovebird. If it is cooked or chilled for a certain time, is cooked that way to make that size portion get cooked correctly. E.g. If you cook a steak (sorry, its the easiest example), the recipe's cook time will make it so there is a certain amount of well cooked meat on the outside, and less cooked meat on the inside. If you cut it in half, there will be more cooked meat than 1/2 the regular amount, and less... well, less cooked meat than 1/2 the original amount. Hope this helps!

You will not lose your belly fat unless you run or do some form of cardio. You could jump rope if you did not want to run. All ab ripper will do is build your abdominal muscles, it will NOT burn fat. It wasn't too bad... you really don't need that much exercise in a day. Even just a jog is good for a day, no need to walk and bike all in the same day. If you do it for more social reasons, that's ok but otherwise that sounds a bit obsessive. Your breakfast sounds good, although you need more with it. Try adding your blueberries and strawberries with yogurt, it will give you more nutritional benefits than just fruit. Also, franks are good to have since they give you a source of protein but make sure that the franks you get don't have too much fat. As for the hot sauce, watch the sodium content on it. Overall, with just a little tweeks here and there, you'll have a very healthy day! :)

P90x question. Why can't I do yoga x or push-ups yet? I am on recovery week. Please answer.?

I am already on week 4 but I am struggling so much on yoga and I still cannot do more than 4 push ups. That's how many I can do to failure. How pathetic! And I cannot for the life of me do shoulder stance or plow or crane! �And I am a bit better at balance but many moves I can't do without falling. I think it has to do with how much I weigh. About 160.. And I am short.. That's so disgusting I know. I am so sick of it. But still perhaps my expectations are too high. I am not going to quit because I have lost some weight. Not a lot. Maybe 4 pounds.. But after a whole month I expected like 7-8 pounds. I am really discouraged and sad about it. I just want to know if this amount of struggle is normal. I wanna be at 137 by day 90. A few days ago I found these awesome ice creams, they're basically just sorbet, but they're packaged in the halve of the fruit that goes with it's respective flavour. for example the pineapple sorbet is inside the hollowed out halve of the actual pineapple fruit. My dog wont walk go for a walk?

Ever since bonfire night last year my dog hasn't wanted to go on walks, sometimes, other times he will go fine. He is a two and a halve year old Cocker Spaniel, who used to go out 3 times a day, now he's struggling to get one. He will go on the garden fine and play around but most of the time when you put his harness and lead on he wont walk out the door or gate. I have been working out at home over the past year . I do not have the time to go to a gym due to my study/work load . So I have been doing a lot of circuit training and a few resistance exercises . i'm new myself but what i see is you have too many cards, and too many one-ofs. a standard deck has 60 cards, filled with awesome cards. oh and the minimum amount of cards in a deck is 60. you want to not have many one-ofs because your chances of drawing that card are slim, especially in a 60 card deck. you also have to find out what you want your deck to do, and find the best cards you can that help achieve what you want, and get up to 4 of those cards a piece to increase the chance to get them, and get them often.

I am currently 5'8 and weigh about 230 IB. I really want to get fit mainly for girls to like me, so I feel better for myself, and to live a successful life in fitness. I plan to run about 2 miles every morning, and every week I will add a mile until I reach 5 miles, then I will go back down to 1. I plan to do about 300 sit ups a night using the AB Ripper X from P90X. During that night I will also work out a routine of pushups where I do about 5, next day 10, next day 15, etc. until I reach 50 then go back down to 5. Every 50 I will do a different type of pushup. Whether it is a wide spread, normal, perfect, diamond, or military style pushup. Also I will stretch a lot during this time so I can be a lot more flexible. Do you think doing all this for the summer will get my into a really good shape. I am not talking like Vin Deseal in Fast Five type of shape, but at least a 4 pack with moderate biceps and little fat on my body.

A unbelievable pokemon wi-fi battle in pokemon battle revolution. I had shedinja, kangaskhan, toxicroak, and swampert. I almost regret it picking swampert instead of a latias with soul dew or a zapdos. The other team was darkrai, mewtwo, ho-oh, and kyogre. I think the other two pokemon were dragonite and guardivor. On the first turn I flinched darkrai with the kangaskhan and took it out with x scissor. Mewtwo used aura sphere on kangaskhan. He brought out kyogre and made it rain. Second turn, shedinja used shadow sneak on mewtwo. Mewtwo used shadow ball on shedinja and it survived it with focus sash. Kyogre took out kangaskhan with water spout and shedinja was not affected. I brought out toxicroak. Third turn, Toxicroak fake out mewtwo and has the same fate as darkrai. Kyogre used water spout and my pokemon was unharmed. He brought out ho-oh. Fourth turn, Kyogre used earthquake and almost halved toxicroak HP. Shedinja used shadow sneak on ho-oh. Ho-oh took out shedinja with flamethrower. I was in a car accident on april 30. I am not at fault. The other person had Esurance. I had to wait until Monday to get a hold of an agent of theirs to process a claim. I got a rental through them and enterprise that was from the 2nd to the 11th of may. My car has been totaled out. The blue book retail value of my car is $3200. They have offered me $2200 for it. I also went to urgent care and had four x-rays, an EKG and a shot of muscle relaxers. The pain pills they prescribed me I had an allergic reaction to and did not take any more. I missed two days at my main job and because I do not have a job, I missed two weeks at my part time job. I deliver pizza and need a car to do that. I can't do that with a rental. Company policy. They are offering me $1000 in medical and lost wages. I still do not have a car so I asked for an extension. They gave me until Saturday. I feel that they are low balling me on everything so I halve yet go agree on anything. To work on those just do a normal situp but twist when you get to the top, in either direction. Alternate directions each time you go up. I would recommend a rough outline of 30% Protein, 50% Carbohydrates and 20% Fats for your needs if you want to gain strength and definition. I have been on 0.5mg of Klonopin twice a day one in the morning and one at night, so I have been taking 1mg total a day for about 4 months now every day. I am currently on Zoloft that I will remain on because it is helping. I called and talked to my Dr this morning to find out how she wants me too wean off and she said for me too start taking just one a day at night for two weeks. So that will be going from 1mg a day to just 0.5 a day for two weeks. Then she wants me too call her back in two weeks.
