20 years old. Been lifting hard for almost 2 years. Kinda always put abs on the back burner. i got no fat to burn off. (5'9'' 159lbs.) I have like somewhat of a 4 pack, on a good day an outlining of a 6 pack. I want to get a full 6 pack in 15 days. Ab ripper x every other day? idk. probably not possible but would love for it to be.
