Would you consider serial killers to be some of the smartest humans?

They are very intelligent. Professionals will even say that. Just because they got caught does not mean anything. Then you have killers like Jack The Ripper and Zodiac Killer that have never been caught. Pretty smart. A lot of people think Hitler was a horrible human for what he did, which he was, but he was VERY intelligent!
