Is my daily workout alright?

Hey, I've been on the primal diet (no grain, refined sugars, beans, etc. www.marksdailyapple.com) since the second week of March. So far I've lost 20 pounds (I am now at about 181). I started a daily workout this week that I created. I currently do a run, ab ripper x, calf raises, lat pullups, chin-ups, wall sits, pushups (with perfect pushups), squat jumps and tricep dips. Its simple, and pretty quick to do. I have been doing it daily and intend on continuing daily, as I feel days off are wasted. I am aware that taking a rest day lets the muscle heal and grow to a bigger size, I’m looking more for strength and added weight loss. What do you think about the overall plan?
