How do I REMOVE Background Music or Dialog From DBZ Videos?

On Youtube, AniNationReborn taught us how but for some users, the program Handbrake doesnt work which is what he uses. He then goes to audacity (He also used a 6 channel Discrete option when ripping dvd in Handbrake) and takes off some tracks to remove the music or dialogue. Is there another way of doing this? Is there a good enough Dvd Ripper with 6 Channel Discrete? This is also for my personal uses, not for profit.
