How would a sellers ebay account be afffected if they have 50% feedback?

Personally i wouldn't buy anything from a seller with a 50% positive feedback rating, and on the other hand i wouldn't leave negative feedback when the seller refunded my money regardless of the reason.That's just my opinion.
