Heres my day, was it unhealthy?
It wasn't too bad... you really don't need that much exercise in a day. Even just a jog is good for a day, no need to walk and bike all in the same day. If you do it for more social reasons, that's ok but otherwise that sounds a bit obsessive. Your breakfast sounds good, although you need more with it. Try adding your blueberries and strawberries with yogurt, it will give you more nutritional benefits than just fruit. Also, franks are good to have since they give you a source of protein but make sure that the franks you get don't have too much fat. As for the hot sauce, watch the sodium content on it. Overall, with just a little tweeks here and there, you'll have a very healthy day! :)
