Was Jack the Ripper a Christian?

After the discovery of one of the bodies, the slogan "The Juws are not the men To be blamed for nothing" was found scrawled on a near by wall, which some people took as a sign that the Ripper was anti-Semitic, and therefore likely a Catholic. Others, however, dismiss this evidence as just some random graffiti -- certainly there is no reason to believe the Ripper himself wrote it.
