What tips does anyone have for abs?

I am a 16 year old, I weigh anywhere from 150-165 lbs. during my baseball season. I have always wanted to tone myself more, but never the motivation to do it. I use the p90x ab ripper workout, every other day like it suggests. I drink a protein shake everyday for breakfast, some kind of sandwich, and then a meat for dinner. Oh I also go swimming in the mornings, Usually. I do not drink any pop/soda. Water water water. But unlike my mates, they all seem to get more cuts, and I don't want a six pack, just want to start looking like I am toned and, well flat. I failed to mention that I am a pitcher, and in some regards, I get babied. I feel like I am so close to start seeing the abs. But I cannot beat the little stomach I have. I don't know what to do, I wanted a 2 pack by next time this summer, please guys and gals, someone help me.
