for about 2 months i have been working my core trying to get some halfway decent abs. Track recently ended and if i wasn't injured, i would be running also. But for now I've been doing P90x Ab ripper every other day and a small stretch or workout for days in-between. I am 5'11 and 125 lbs, so by all means i don't have much body fat at all there. Am i doing anything wrong? anything more i could be doing or do i just need more time?
