Who was better in Judas Priest Halford or Owens?

Without a doubt it was OWENS! I never saw him in concert but if you watch alot of vids of him he was freakin' good! MUCH better than Halford. Why Priest didn't succeed with him I don't know. I guess people are just sentimental or something. If you pick Halford, then you haven't listened or watched Priest with Ripper Owens. Seriously.............
