Is she still my friend?

She use to be my best friend. She would give me hugs, tell me that she moved me as a friend, and spend all her time with me. She helped me realize that life has good times and not to kill myself. She helped me stop cutting myself. I told her I loved her as more than a friend and she topd me she didn't, but we would always be best friends. Now about a month after that she talks to me less that halved as much as she use to. She hasn't given me a hug in forever. She talks to all my friends when we are in a group and dosent even say hi to me. She only answers my texts when she starts the conversation. And today she walked up to one of my friends and said " hey what's up best buddy". She tells me that she likes him and wants him to ado her out. Today I texted her saying I'm glad you got your best friend back cuz they had been fighting now they arnt and she didn't even mention me. She says she just has other friends but when we are all in a group once again she dosent even say hi. She tells me she still wants to be my friend. But she use to be my best friend and I was hers... I can't tell if she still wants to be friends, if she just dosent want to hurt me, or if I still am her best friend. I think she just says the he is cuz she wants to get a guy close to her cuz she thinks that they will then ask her out. I just can't tell. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I WANT TO START CUTTING AGAIN
