WHAT IS SHE SAYING!!?

I girl I like at school told me she didn't like me a month a halve ago. A month later she's started to talk to me but only once or twice a week(compared to never before). I've noticed that shes started to stare at me. She always holds the stare even if I look back. Once a friend of hers asked if I liked her, I said yes and 5 mins later her friend tells me the girl I like has something to say. But when I whent up to the girl I liked she said she didn't have anything to say. What's going on? What do I do?
