How do I get bigger faster after not working out for long?

If ur really wantin to get big get on a diet and a good work out plan u will stick to. If u want jacked steriods! Lol or test booster. Try protein shakes to put on weight also take vitamins. When u lift for example benching. Do 2 2x12 2x10 3x8 4x6 2x4 2x2 4x1..do tht 2 as in 2 sets of 12. Go up in weight till the 1 the 1 is ur max. When u do more weight the stronger u will get. After tht put bout 25 more pounds on then wht u can do do 4 sets have buddy spot u. Go down slowww to ur chest on ur own and have a buddy lift off. Tht builds good muscle for strenght for benching. Make sure u eat good. No fast foods. No greasy foods. eat grilled foods. No red meats like steak they're fatty. For ripped u need to do a lot of repatative light weight workouts. Same for getting bigger less reps more weight. And makee sure u do cardio like running thts how u really get cut
