What percentage of husbands/boyfriends beat their wives/girlfriends?

I think it's not all physical. Women not only endure the physical but the emotional abuse, which is also domestic. I haven't seen women mentally or emotionally abuse men such as the men have done to the women, honestly. And the outcome of it all is absolutely crushing in comparison, and can scar a woman for life.
