benefits? I just found out they don't. Mary, my lesbian daughter just lost her job which terminated her health insurance which covered her and her registered domestic partner. She was offered Cobra, which allowed her to pay for the health insurance BUT it would not cover her domestic partner only Mary. It would if she were married, though. Of course, she can't get married in California because voters voted that right away.
