Is losing 5 pounds in a week and halve good?(EASY POINTS!!)?

Healthy weight loss occurs within the 1-3 pound range per week. Losing too much weight too fast turns into you losing muscle mass. You want the muscle mass to have a faster metabolism. Therefore, the more muscle you have on your body the more calories you burn at rest! If you lost 5 and a half pounds in a week that means you had a 19250 calorie deficit that week. Be careful how much weight you lose. Good luck! Btw Jeffrey is wrong with his knowledge. There is 3500 calories in one pound of fat! Not 3200
