If Jack the Ripper committed his crimes in the 21st century, would he still get away with it?

At the time, he didn't have to worry about dna and other forensics. But, if he was in the 21st century he would worry about those things and would do things differently. Even with modern science, serial killers still go years and years without getting caught. Jones Beach, BLK, Zodiac, etc are just a few. If you are killing people you have no motive to kill it is still hard to get caught.
