Where should i go to?

my summer holidays is just around the corner n i(20 year young asian) would like to go on a trip(2 to 3 weeks tops) to preferably europe. i would like suggestions from u guys n gurls out there which as to which country i should go to. and i wanna know the exact places in the country e.x. U.S., new york, illinois, miami, texas etc....n how much would i need as in money to spend to enjoy myself including the domestic flights(if necessary there) but excluding the flight expenses to n from the country i am going to, from mine. 10q
