How to get rid of stubborn belly fat ? ?
I have been working out at home over the past year . I do not have the time to go to a gym due to my study/work load . So I have been doing a lot of circuit training and a few resistance exercises . I also recently took up HIIT . But I had to quit because all that running gave me bad shin splints . I guess what I wanted to ask is that even though my body looks toned now there has been absolutely no change in the amount of fat over my abdomen . I have cut down on the calories , halved the amount of food I normally eat and eat small amounts six times a day like everybody suggests . But its not helping . Neither is the circuit training and the light jogging . Can anybody help me by giving a few other tips than the ones I have already followed ? Thank you
