Is this a good workout excersize for the summer?

I am currently 5'8 and weigh about 230 IB. I really want to get fit mainly for girls to like me, so I feel better for myself, and to live a successful life in fitness. I plan to run about 2 miles every morning, and every week I will add a mile until I reach 5 miles, then I will go back down to 1. I plan to do about 300 sit ups a night using the AB Ripper X from P90X. During that night I will also work out a routine of pushups where I do about 5, next day 10, next day 15, etc. until I reach 50 then go back down to 5. Every 50 I will do a different type of pushup. Whether it is a wide spread, normal, perfect, diamond, or military style pushup. Also I will stretch a lot during this time so I can be a lot more flexible. Do you think doing all this for the summer will get my into a really good shape. I am not talking like Vin Deseal in Fast Five type of shape, but at least a 4 pack with moderate biceps and little fat on my body.
