whole wheat everything / grilled chicken and veggies / I make a lot of spinach ricotta and pine nut ravioli - put the half in the fridge and the other half in the freezer and I usually prepare for dinner and I eat sandwich for breakfast - milk, egg and I don't drink coffee / I'm also a bit confused on how much I should consume a day - I have multivitamin supplements and loads of other powerful vitamin, oils and protein pills.
