Is this customization of p90x okay?

All looks pretty good to me - I do the ab ripper every few days myself as its only about 20 mins if i remember correctly. I don't recommend you do the Plyometrics any more than once or twice a week as it will kill your knees - what you have looks good, as long as you include a recovery shake after the plyo and kempo and watch your diet.
