How to make a shirt perfectly white?

I have a plain white t shirt with a brown embroidery in the top right corner. How do I get it out bleach won't do it and if I take it out with a seam ripper it will rip a hole in it. I need to know tonight 6/2 so if u find this after that don't bother answering but yeah please if you know how tell me. Thanks.
