Help with P90X ab ripper x and nutrition can anyone please help me?
Ok I started last monday the main thing i want is abs but im doing the whole thing.When i work on legs and arms I feel sore but when I do ab ripper x i dont feel sore and i do as much as my body will let me on there after push pass the point where I want to stop. There has been only one day where I felt sore from It. Im on my 13th day should there be any slightly noticeable changes because I feel it but I dont really see it. I think I know what it is to..They say follow the nutrition plan but the thing is I cant really cook and the type of food I saw in that booklet isnt in the house cause I have a felling thats what it is. So can some one anyone tell me what foods I can get from the store because my mom keeps buying pizza and pasta and stuff like that cause she dont really cook much anymore.. i dont think that helps. Even though I try not to eat alot of it or not eat after a certain time.So my questions are (When should you be able to see changes?) and (What kinds of food should I eat like name brands or anything whatever?) remember I cant cook ...even foods that you have to cook I can see if my mom will start cooking again lol.
